This notice explains how Calanur Ltd, trading through the NuraGaze brand, handles information when you visit this website or contact us.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to answer your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and manage the resulting business relationship.

Website analytics

We may use PostHog Cloud EU to understand aggregate site use. The intended configuration records page views and three limited interactions: demo email clicks, language selection and document downloads. It does not use session recording, identify visitors, or intentionally send personal information. Clicking an email link only records interest; it does not tell us whether an email was sent.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the website, such as request time, browser information and IP address. Retention is limited by the provider’s operational policies.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate our communications and website, or where required by law. We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were received and for applicable legal or business records.
